Israel testing robotic snake to be used on battlefield

Israeli Defense Forces have unveiled a new weapon which imitates a snake.
The military says the snake, also known as a robot, was developed with a camera and a microphone on its head and will be used as a field weapon.
The new weapon was inspired by snakes because of their approach on their prey. When snakes are in the field they are usually unnoticed.
The snake can twist into caves, tunnels and buildings, broadcasting pictures and sound back to soldiers controlling it with a laptop computer.
The snake is about six feet long, covered by fabric in military camouflage colors.
Right now, the robot snake has no price tag and is still in the experimental stage.
